Being a celtic fan - in certain ways I am gutted the blues are through.
But then again, it is good for scottish football.
I hope they do it in the final - but preferably with a bit more "positive" football!

A few near me (Glasgow area) have described the change as "radical" and "surprising".
Though, I have yet to come across someone who was disappointed at the change!!!

As has been touched on by a few already but - I think the book study was the favourite meeting for many pubs. A bit more relaxed and more social.
Tea / coffee and a bite to eat afterwards.
Some may not be happy that its being moved!

I do not think they will do that, they would have the pubs jumping out the windows!!!
They will remove some of the current load to accomodate the 25 minute book study I think.
And as has already been mentioned - the pubs will be advised to use the time for study / ministry etc, but I can tell you now - in the UK alot of live football (soccer) is on Tuesday nights. The brothers in the hall will be pretty happy with this change.

They must be planning to reduce the current load in the TMS or/and Service meeting. They could also reduce the book study to 45 mins or 30 mins and cover less material. -

Of course this will take the pressure off the elders - only one conductor per cong.
I wonder what they will do about the ministry due to no longer being divided into smaller groups, perhaps just meet as a cong on a Saturday morning.

They will not clap I am sure, but in there heart they will feel over the moon and want to jump for joy.
Of course the org will need to put some spiritual / scriptural angle to all of this.
